A 9 week block of weekly Tuesday classes for improvers who have a moderate amount of pole experience and/or completed level one beginner sessions. Mandatory moves for these classes are Pole Sit and Pole Stand.
Pole dancing classes offer a wide range of physical, mental, and emotional benefits for participants and is a fun and empowering way to stay sexy whilst improving your strength, flexibility, and confidence.
