Reclaim The Night: Self-defence class

Northern Krav Maga are bringing a women’s self defence class to The Union, teaching a realistic self-defence system to give women freedom and the ability to defend themselves against both mental and physical challenges. Don’t worry if you’re not already experienced in self defence, this class is open to women of all ages and levels of fitness🥋💪

This event comes alongside the Reclaim The Night march on Wednesday 29 November which stands against sexual assault and gender-based violence.

🕺Who can come?

All women are welcome, if you identify as female, come along with your mates or make some new ones whilst you’re here.

 

🥋Do I need experience?

Don’t worry, no experience is needed for this session. Make sure to come along whether you’re already a pro or looking to get started in learning how to defend yourself.

Yes, you need a ticket for this event. Tickets are just £3 and can be booked online now.

Expect a safe, friendly and encouraging environment.

 

👚 What should I wear?

Make sure you’re dressed comfortably, you’ll be involved in lots of physical activities in the session.

The conference suite is on the first floor, accessible via a staircase or lift.
