This session is designed to help participants digest the elements of the free speech duty and produce a readiness response - considering all potential impacts and consequences of the aspects of the Duty, delegates will support each other to develop a list of interventions and responses to be both ready for and to challenge the aspects of the laws on free speech.

Staff working in clubs and societies, advice, student reps, democracy, governance, campaigning – anything within membership services across the UK.
